Brooks Brown is a singer, songwriter, producer and DJ based in Los Angeles, CA. His newest EP, Fontana, was written, recorded, produced, and engineered by himself. Brown delivers six indie electronic pop tracks that reflects themes of love, family, homesickness, and the internal struggles of growing up in a social media-driven world. Glittery synthesizers, cheeky guitar licks and syncopated bass lines develop the project’s uplifting yet reflective mood.
Brown broke onto the music scene in 2015 with the independent release of his debut EP, Sidetracked. The album’s dreamy, future-bass-infused single “Sidetracked” featured EDM up-and-comer Madi, and went on to be featured in Complex, Earmilk, MTV’s “Real World,” E!’s “Total Divas,” and more. In early 2017, Brown released a single, “AM” with Matt Kali, gathering over 220k streams on Spotify to date. Later in the year, he joined forces with Nashville writers Brett and Brigetta Truitt to release the somber electronic anthem, “No Service.” The song has over 430k Spotify streams to date.
