Bob Khaleel, aka Bronx Style Bob, is a New York born artist of Lebanese, Jamaican, and Cuban descent. His debut solo album, Grandma’s Ghost, was released by Sire/Warner in 1992. The album People Watching was released via Hollywood Records in 1998, under the name Khaleel. As a solo artist, leader of the alt-rock band Super 8, and composer, Bob has participated in seminal tours like Lollapalooza and contributed to movie soundtracks. He has collaborated and/or toured with Afrika Bambataa, Melle Mel, Afrika Islam, Ice-T, Deftones, Fishbone,Rocksteady Crew, Smokey Robinson, Paul Okenfold, and Everlast. He was also part of the Trulio Disgracias musical collective, which has featured members of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dead Kennedys, and many more.
