J. Miguel Muñoz Aros, known professionally as Broken Pupil, is a Chilean producer, songwriter, and beatmaker born on October 1, 2001. Currently based in Puerto Montt, Chile, he began his musical journey in 2018, developing a distinctive sound that blends Lo-Fi Hip Hop.

Broken Pupil gained early recognition through his first international collaboration with UMI on the song River, followed by projects with Teddi Jones and other rising independent artists. His style stands out for its emotional depth, textural production, and cinematic atmospheres that merge nostalgia with contemporary rhythm.

Beyond his solo work, Broken Pupil is the founder of the creative label BrkMob (Symphonic Latino), a collective that supports and develops emerging artists such as Aly I, ISADORA OH, Tabiberri among others. The label focuses on fostering collaboration, experimental sound design, and artistic freedom across genres.

Outside of music, Broken Pupil holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance Engineering, combining his creative and entrepreneurial sides to manage both his career and his label with a strategic vision for long-term artistic impact.
