Baseball pitcher turned country superstar, Brett Young has come a long way from writting music on his guitar in his bedroom.

He started his career by Making two full length album’s on small record labels, On Fire and Broken Down, which all of the songs he wrote entirely on his own or co wrote.

He was signed to major record label Big Machine Records and released his first EP, Brett Young in 2016, 3 years after his previous minor record label album. It released 4 singles Like I Loved You, You Ain’t Here To Kiss Me, In Case You Didn’t Know, and Sleep Without You, 3 of which were hits in the United States. In 2017 he released Brett Young which had 3 of the previous singles off his first EP on it plus 2 more singles, Like I Loved You and Mercy. He released his sophmore album released from Big Machine Records on September 10, 2018, it features the singles Here Tonight (which was a major instant hit on the BB Country Charts) and Catch.
