Brandon Day’s palette is constantly expanding, and his work can be heard through projects in multiple genres. He knows how to take the sentimentality of country lyrics and put them into a pop song, and he also knows how to take a straightforward country demo and shift it just enough to bring it to life in the eyes of the indie-pop community.
His credits range from the shimmery pop of Kaptan to the new-wave country of Filmore, country music legend Big Kenny from Big & Rich as well as co-production and writing more than half of the Plain White T’s album Parallels produced by Matt Squire.
To add on to the list, Day has produced and written for The Eli Young band, Steven Lee Olsen, Austin Burke and country star, Jimmie Allen.
He also wrote and produced 2 songs off Brantley Gilbert’s Bottoms Up: Summer Songs project; one of which was the radio single “Fire’t Up”.
