About Bottleneck

Bottleneck is an OG country rapper. He began his career in 2006 as The Dubblewide Boys along side Jeff “Brahma Bull” McCool until, in 2010, they both moved on to successfully pursue solo work. Over the next decade Bottleneck released 7 solo albums and prolifically did features within the Country Rap genre. Notably on the Hick-Hop defining hit “Ridin' High” by the Jawga Boyz.

In the mid 2010s he appeared again on their fifth album Reloaded 1 as well as former Jawga Boyz member Young Gunner’s second solo album Club Mud – EP. He’s featured with the likes of Twang and Round, Moccasin Creek, and Outlaw’s “Yuppie Folks Can’t Survive' in 2015 and “You Ain’t Country” in 2017.

In 2018 Bottleneck and Upchurch collaborated on the Album Project X Vol. 1 which was well received with each track receiving over 1M streams on Spotify and “Turn up the Night” breaking 13M steams!

Bottleneck’s merch is represented under the label and brand Redneck Nation alongside Country Rap behemoths like Upchurch and The Jawga Boyz.
