Bonnie X Clyde are an American DJ duo, comprised of vocalist/producer Paige Lopynski (Bonnie) and producer Daniel Litman (Clyde). Lopynski’s silky, smooth vocals—combined with clean and polished production, have created their signature vocal bass sound that has sent them to the forefront of the bass music scene.
The two met during middle school in Fairfax, Virginia, where both were born and raised. However, it wasn’t until their senior year of college that they began to produce songs together over Skype, as Lopynski resided locally in Virginia and Litman in Miami, Florida. In their last month of college, they named their project Bonnie X Clyde, and upon graduation, Lopynski moved down to Miami to join Litman and start producing together full-time.
In July 2015, the duo released their debut single “The Ride,” exposing their unique style of “Vocal Bass” to the world. In February 2016, their viral hit “Rise Above” landed them a licensing deal with Insomniac Records, publishing under their sub label and initiative, Discovery Project.
In 2017, Bonnie X Clyde signed with Circle Talent Agency, and announced the release of their debut EP Wanted through Interscope Records and Insomniac Records.
