Blackheart NC is a one-off character/alias created by one of Konrad OldMoney’s friends, or possible Konrad himself.

No other information can be found about the artist as OldMoney has not released anything besides the fact that someone he knows created the persona strictly for their Cyberpunk 2077 song, “Muerto Thrash.”
