BilDine represents the new wave of African artists hitting the music scene. BilDine moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2017 to pursue his music career and work with individuals from all facets of the entertainment world. From the debut of his first single, “Don’t Go” on November 15, 2016, BilDine has showcased his captivating musical style. While he doesn’t identify with any one specific genre as he has unlimited flow on any variety of beats, he states, “My fans often state that my voice and lyrics remind them of legendary R&B artist Akon” Having been heavily influenced by the happiness he found in music all his life. “My Mum used to play old Michael Jackson songs for me to dance and sing to growing up. She made me love everything about music. Another artist she had me sing and dance to was “Voodoo Chile” by Angelique Kidjo an AfroPop star from my home country who now lives in New York City,” states Bil Dine. “From the first time he touched the mic, I noticed somebody that can nail any style perfectly!” – Anziz Az, Record Producer BilDine first began recording his music because it was fun and made him feel great, then he later expanded into songwriting to evolve. Although he has preferred to record his music from home to keep himself more focused, he has recorded at some of Los Angeles’ most prestigious recording studios.
