About Believin’ Stephen

Stephen Brindle, or “Believin' Stephen,” is a Christian rapper, physical trainer, and powerlifter. Like his brother Timothy Brindle, Stephen was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Philadelphia. His first release was the 2007 EP What I Believe. He has released three albums – The Suffering Servant (2010), Battling Unbelief (2014), and Glory Thieves (2019) on his independent label, Gametime Recordings.

As a physical trainer, he has been a strength coach for Temple University, head strength coach for UPenn’s basketball team, and a strength and conditioning intern for the Philadelphia Eagles.
