Unbound by genre, Nick Aponte, better known by his stage name bedscene, is a rising independent singer-songwriter, producer, and sound designer from Miami, Florida. He is best known for his versatility as a musician, having produced pop, hip-hop, EDM, and rock songs, though his main focus lies in the bedroom pop subgenre, which inspired his artist name.

With his Bed Scene EP, which included both pop and rock songs, Aponte made his debut in 2018. He wouldn’t put out new music for nearly a year and a half after his debut until May 2019, when he dropped his Dulcinea EP.

He went on to release multiple singles over the following few years. In 2024, he released his debut album, bedscene come down, which, similarly to his debut EP, featured a variety of genres.
