Bad Neighbors started as a rap duo out of Birmingham, Alabama. The two artists, Rage and Khaos respectively, collaborated to release their first album together, Flowers She Burned in 2021. The duo would continue to release music together until late 2023, when Rage left the duo. While the exact reason is unknown, the split was likely due to a different creative direction, as Bad Neighbors, now just a solo artist, Khaos, would release TVPE! on Halloween in 2024, which was a much different style than the previous projects by the duo.
