Jamarr Antonio Stamps (Born 27 November 1973 – Died 11 November 2019), better known by his stage name Bad Azz, is an American rapper from Long Beach, California. He began his career as a member of LBC Crew, and spent brief stints on Tupac Shakur’s Makaveli Records and Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle Records in the mid-1990s. In 1998, he signed to Priority Records and released his debut studio album Word On Tha Streets.
His second album Personal Business featured the successful single and his best known song “Wrong Idea” featuring Snoop Dogg, Kokane and Lil ½ Dead, which reached #75 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. He left Priority Records in 2003 and released his third album, Money Run, in 2003 and his fourth album, Executive Decision (Business, Never Personal), in 2004 on independent labels. His last album was the Bizzy Bone collaboration Thug Pound.
