Hailing from Rio de Janiero, Brazil, Astrophysics blends elements of synthwave, drum n bass, goth, glitchwave, baile funk, and more to create their signature dark but dreamy sound. Active since 2018, Astrophysics has released a variety of tracks from full orignal albums and EPs to covers and remixes. Their 2022 release Hope Left Me may be their largest project to date, accompanied by a full visual novel and visual album video on their YouTube channel. On March 10, 2023, Astrophysics relased Funks Selecionados 17​-​22 with KEST and DJ Dengue de Maricá, the culmination of six years of perfected work between the trio.
