Ashrita Kumar is a vocalist, most known for their role as the lead singer for punk band Pinkshift, which they co-founded with guitarist Paul Vallejo during their time in medical school. Following the success of “I’m Going to Tell my Therapist on You,” they quit med school in pursuit of a music career in Pinkshift.
