Abel Makkonen Tesfaye (born February 16, 1990 in Toronto, Canada), better known by his stage name The Weeknd, is a Canadian singer-songwriter and record producer. He is featured on both “Love Me Harder” from Ariana Grande’s sophomore album, My Everything, “Off The Table” from Ariana Grande’s sixth studio album Positions and a remix of “Save Your Tears”. They performed their song “Love Me Harder” at multiple events including Saturday Night Live and the 2014 American Music Awards.
