Anthony Peaks, better known as Apache was a rapper and high profile member of Queen Latifah’s collective Flavor Unit. Apache came into his own with his Top 20 hit “Gangsta Bitch” from his lone 1993 solo album Apache Ain’t Shit. Throughout his career, Apache made guest appearances on songs by 2Pac, Naughty By Nature, and Fat Joe. Unfortunately, Apache died on January 22, 2010 of heart failure at age 42.
