About American Antagonist

For years, the grassroots producer patiently plodded behind the scenes, working tirelessly to make the world hip to the man that had been the product of many other’s success. Yet, the plan was to keep it secret; almost entirely clandestine. There was no heavy Facebook or Twitter hype to glorify either his past or present moves. There was no excessive although appropriate (because he’s BEEN nice) publicizing of a soon to be all-star producer through the occasional Dat Piff or arbitrary music blog appearance. Instead, the Boston native who I once had the pleasure of kicking it with at a Lynn based studio decided to do it his way, the Antagonist way: by maintaining a genuine belief that his talent would eventually speak for itself and releasing an “unexpected” BANG.

Now? Well, let’s just say the soon to be household known musical genius has gone from headlining the soundtrack of Business is War to theming Kevin Hart’s motion picture based on the comedian’s oh-so successful comedy tour that grossed more than $30 million in ticket sales, Let Me Explain…Swerve on Swerve? Of course, the degenerates will remain in both a city and world that hates with a heart full of reckless jealousy. Nonetheless, Antagonist will continue to be a success story and the epitome of doing it one’s own way. The Narcissist, people, is here to stay.
