Amanda Ghost was born Amanda Louisa Gosein-Cameron in North London in 1974. She is perhaps better known in the music industry as a writer and producer than a performer with her only major studio album being 2006’s Ghost Stories. She has written or co-written hit songs for James Blunt, Shakira, Jordan Sparks and Beyonce, among many others.
In 2009 she stopped recording to become president of Epic Records. However, the following year she left to form her own label called Outsiders.
