Alya Michelson is a Los Angeles-based Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, artist, and philanthropist. Under her stage name ALYA, she independently released numerous musical compositions: her singles “American Beauty” and “Pleasure is mine” spent several weeks on the Billboard charts. She appeared as a second vocalist on Grammy-winning Album “Mystic Mirror” by White Sun.

Alya is a former journalist. Her philanthropic interests include immigration, arts, medical research, and animals, and she is fluent in Russian, English, Japanese, and Ukrainian.
