Alice grew up immersed in a rich musical environment and quickly developed a passion for singing. She began her vocal journey in the choir at the Saint-Priest Conservatory (Rhône) before joining the children’s choir of the Opéra de Lyon. She continued her vocal training with Claire Marbot and went on to specialize in early music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon, studying under Bruno Boterf, Anne Delafosse, Anne-Catherine Vinay, Monique Zanetti, and Robert Expert. In parallel, Alice earned her State Diploma in vocal instruction from CEFEDEM Rhône-Alpes in 2016. She was a semi-finalist in the Corneille Competition in September 2017 and again in the Froville Competition in September 2019.

It was during her studies that Alice co-founded several early music ensembles—Les Kapsbergirls, Libera me, and Tenta la fuga—with fellow musicians. With these groups, she has performed extensively and built a discography that has been recognized by the classical music world, earning distinctions such as a Diapason d’Or, Télérama’s 4F, and 5 stars from Classica magazine. She also created a musical performance for voice and piano with pianist Rayan Ramful. From 2013 to 2021, she was the lead singer of the Grissini Project.

Alice made her operatic debut at the Händel Festival in Karlsruhe in February 2019, performing the role of Oberto in Handel’s Alcina, conducted by Andreas Spering. Her performance was warmly received, praised for her “crystalline voice” and her compelling portrayal of a young boy. In May 2023, she took on the role of Amour in Gluck’s Orphée et Eurydice at the Zurich Opera House, under the baton of Stefano Montanari. Her vocal artistry was again acclaimed: “Each of Alice Duport-Percier’s appearances as Amour was a renewed delight—marked by precision, projection, diction, and clarity.”

Alice is also deeply passionate about musical creation and interdisciplinary artistic exploration. She is currently collaborating with the hip-hop dance company Chrikiz on the shows fiBraM and imagOri, where she performs live alongside dancers. She is also co-composing the music for the video game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, developed by Sandfall Interactive, for which she will serve as the game’s signature voice. In addition, she contributes to the Manga Symphonic Odyssey project, produced by uGo and Play in collaboration with the Yellow Sock Orchestra, and works regularly with the Orchestre Curieux, conducted by Daniel Sicard.
