About Alabaster

Alessandro Tolve (14/02/1991), known as Alabaster, is an italian singer-songwriter from San Paolo di Civitate, Puglia.
He’s been developing his vocal abilities his whole life since he was 4 years old, when he discovered singing.
He wrote his first song at the age of 14.
Heavily influenced by the vocal acrobatics of Mariah Carey, the punky style of Avril Lavigne and the gothic-esque atmospheres of Evanescence, he lately dove into the ethereal retro vibes of Lana Del Rey, the psychological themes of MARINA and the majestic, almost spiritual, sound of Florence + The Machine.
Alabaster is also associated with artists such as the british synth-pop duo Hurts, The Weeknd, BANKS, Kelela, Billie Eilish and Broods, although it would be an arduous task to put him in a box.
