Aiden Bonilla

Aiden Bonilla is the frontman and songwriter behind the emo-punk band Overlöded, portraying the character of Rodrick Heffley. As of now, Bonilla acts as the primary studio musician for the band, playing and singing almost every part on the first two albums excluding Drew MacNeil’s drum parts on Love & Youth. Bonilla went public with his identity in the band in the fall of 2023.

He is additionally one of the primary guitarists, singers, and songwriters in Flipside, a Connecticut based indie rock band, alongside Arlo Matthews. Bonilla brings an alternative rock leaning sound into the rest of the band’s dynamic, as well as writing many of the riffs that songs are later based on.
