Adiós Cometa es una banda de rock alternativo de San José, Costa Rica. Formada a finales del 2019 por Jonathan Villalobos (guitarra, voz), Emanuel Mora (guitarra, voz), Mark Murillo (bajo, voz) y Pablo Matamoros (batería), su música toma elementos del shoegaze, dream pop y post-punk. Su primer sencillo, Franco , es un adelanto del EP debut de la banda, titulado “La Isla Que Somos”, que será lanzado a finales del 2020.

Hailing from San Jose, Costa Rica, alternative rock four-piece Adiós Cometa, made up of Jonathan Villalobos (guitar, vox), Emanuel Mora (guitar, vox), Mark Murillo (bass, vox) and Pablo Matamoros (drums), whose friendship and common musical experiences brought them to form the band in 2019 with the aim of creating, through ‘mucho reverb, chorus y delay’, an equally melodious, introspective and melancholic sound, that joins the dots between shoegaze, dream pop and post-punk.
