About Ace Enders

Arthur Carl Enders, more commonly known as “Ace,” is the lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist for The Early November, a New Jersey-based emo/punk pop band that formed in 2001. After two EPs, they released their first full length album, The Room’s Too Cold and Ace went on to form I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody’s Business in order to record music that didn’t fit with what TEN was producing. He didn’t leave the band; however, after it went on hiatus in 2006, he formed a solo project, Ace Enders and a Million Different People. While this project has ended, he continues to produce records with TEN and ICMAMLNB (shortened to “I Can Make a Mess”) and tours under both names. In addition, he runs Lumberyard Studios in his hometown of Hammonton, New Jersey.

Though his various bands may have different sounds, a consistent theme often can be found: longing for a woman, but being either in the process of breaking up with her, or having broken up with her. In good news, though, Ace married his longtime girlfriend, Jenn, in 2016.
