Ouji and the 9ope gang are a small rap collective originating out of the Ottawa area. The group was formed when the majority of the 9ope gang was attending high school as a manner of passing time while refining their skills with music- a common interest in the gang. This project resulted in a satirical first song being produced March 16th 2018, becoming a moderate hit amongst friends and the Ottawa Rap community. A year and 5 songs later, 9ope organized their first live performance on March 22nd, 2019.
