Kelvin Barros, better known as 7981 Kal, is an American rapper based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is part of music collective Headshot Mafia (HSM). He is best known for his songs FTG which feature Chicago rapper Polo G and Dead Opps Pt. 3 which feature rapper and fellow HSM member G Fredo.

On June, 16, 2020, Kal, along with fellow rapper G Fredo and 29 other gang members were arrested by federal agents, where both he and Fredo were charged with a RICO conspiracy and other drug-related charges.
