21 Neat a.k.a 21 Filthy (born October 26, 1995) is a West-End Toronto rapper from the Northside of Jane and Finch. He is a part of Neat Gang which is a subset/group affiliated with the Driftwood Crips & Wass Gang. He was caught on the run in BC, on July 5, 2019, for the murder of Toronto rapper Smoke Dawg on June 30, 2018. He was brought back to Toronto where he stood trial and is now facing time behind bars. His brother and feature on the track ‘Filthy’, 22 Neat, was shot and killed in Calgary, Alberta, in late 2019, after allegedly killing his ally Why-S.
