Anyone could hold you
I could never hope to know you
Soldier of the household
Bloated over all the holding onto

Waited at the bay in
The heart of the hurricane

Pouring through the vapor on the interstate

Everybody knows you

The red along the edges of the cedar
Smoke across the ocean
